Our dream, prayer, and passion is to see a movement of young people in the UK coming into a relationship with God and telling their friends how they can have that relationship too.
We long to see a movement of youth ministers who are ministering according to Jesus' strategy of disciple-making.
How can this happen? We see the strategy unfolding in the following way:
Phase 1.
Establish a local ministry.
Establish a team.
Establish credible local relationships
Identify and develop tools to use for discipleship, evangelism, and teaching
Phase 2.
Establish an apprentice programme to train future youth ministers
Identify and develop coaches who can train and care for the apprentices
Research and begin to develop a programme that will raise up future apprentices
Continue to grow and develop the team
